How hands‑off is this for me?

Completely hands‑off. Most owners never interact with guests or cleaners. You receive deposits and monthly reporting while we manage everything locally.

Do I need to live near the property?

No. Many of our clients live out of state. We act as your local boots‑on‑the‑ground team and coordinate everything on your behalf. We focus on absentee and seasonal owners who want income without the hassle.

Do you offer white‑glove service?

Do I need permits or licenses?

Permits are property‑specific and required by the local town. Owners are legally responsible, but we handle the paperwork and coordination as part of our service.

Will short‑term renting increase wear on my home?

We treat homes like hospitality assets with professional cleaning and inspections after every stay to protect condition and value.

How do you screen guests?

We request Government I.D.'s for age verification, platform verification in good standing, booking history, house rules, and smart lock tracking to protect your property.

What happens if something is damaged?

Guests are charged through the platform, and we coordinate repairs with your approval. We also carry business insurance. Our team handles all guest communication and emergencies 24/7.
